I'm a person that always takes a natural approach when it comes to just about anything. As you probably already know, there seems to be a some kind of magic pill for every type of problem. For example, weight loss, depression, lack of energy, mental conditions etc. This is what are current reality has to offer, a quick fix solution that is not natural and can cause damaging side effects. I do not agree with those solutions at all. I have always researched for natural remedies for years. They do exist and work. If you want to lose weight, or specifically lose belly fat, I have unorthodox methods that can really make a difference in your life, if you simply take action.


There is a powerful breathing technique that I have used and incorporated into my daily life. This breathing exercise WORKS. If you can do it at least once a day, either when waking up or before falling asleep, in less than  week, you will feel this amazing burst of energy. I learned this technique from Anthony Robbins. You might of heard of him, if not you can easily do a search on him in any search engine. What does breathing have to do with burning belly fat or losing weight? Well, the more energy you obtain, the more active you will become, therefore, the more active you become, you will naturally get healthy and loose belly fat.

It might sound silly, but at least just try this breathing technique for a week. I promise, you will feel results. You will naturally want to work out or do cardio. We all know that exercising is one of the key elements to achieve the results you are looking for. Of course, nutrition is just as important, but I will not cover on that topic on this post.


Special Breathing Technique - The Power of Breath

Ok! lets get to it. The formula is inhaling, through your nose, for a count of 1. Your going to hold for a count of 4, and then exhaling for a count of 2. That might seem confusing, so let me break it down. For example, say you inhale for 2 seconds. You would hold that in for 8 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. So it really depends on the amount of time your inhaling, the longer you inhale, the better, but start off with whatever you are capable of. Another example, if you were to inhale for 7 seconds, you would hold that breathe in for 28 seconds (7x4=28) and exhale for 14 seconds (7x2=14)

I hope that makes sense. The recommendation is that you do 10 reps of that breathing pattern. At least once a day, but I strongly recommend 3 times a day. This power breathing is so effective, that it will change your life for the better. After a couple of weeks, you will start to automatically make the changes in your life to achieve any type of weight loss goal, or if you want to get a six pack (abs of course,not beer) or tone up, or for whatever it is that your striving for.

So I know my belly burning technique is a bit different and unorthodox, but I'm not here to suggest workout machines, or belly belts like the "belly burner" and whatever else they have out on the market that's suppose to help you lose belly fat or get six pack abs. I will eventually post on specific foods that can help you lose weight or belly fat. I just wanted to share the power of the breathing technique.
